The food menu of Chef Michael Gartofsky is made up of savory snacks that can be either an accompany to a a delicious cocktail or an entire meal aside a craft of wine. The dishes are simple and precise- just as the Italians love, constantly updated with each passing season, and are based on the authentic cooking methods of the infamous boot-shaped country. Avi Kashi’s cocktail menu is a bit of booze, a lot of soul, and simply makes life just a little better.
